ToneCast · Last updated: September 22, 2026

ToneCast (“we”, “us”) provides a live casting companion for phones, the web, and the ToneCast Roku channel. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Who this covers

This policy applies to tonecast.net, the ToneCast web app, companion features, and the ToneCast Roku channel.

Information we collect

How we use information

What we do not do

Sharing

We may share information with infrastructure providers that host or deliver the service (for example web hosting and CDN), only as needed to run ToneCast. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security of users and the service.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account remains active. Short-lived pairing codes and temporary cast session data expire or are overwritten as part of normal operation.

How to delete your account

Every signed-in user can delete their ToneCast account and associated data from https://tonecast.net/delete-account.html. You will confirm with your password (or by typing DELETE). Deletion removes your login, collections, uploads, screens, device pairings, sessions, and other account data. You can also open Settings → Delete account in the dashboard (web, Android app, and desktop settings).

If you cannot sign in, email support@tonecast.net from the address on the account.

Security

We use HTTPS and standard access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password for your ToneCast account.

Children

ToneCast is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
